Need the stock rom for a mid 729b?

Is it going through a hub/switch. If so, try direct connect.

Did a hard reset, but touch screen does not work. Any ideeas???

Look on the bottom where the other ports are. The reset button is the tiny hole between the HDMI and headphones jacks. Use a paper clip ti reset. Make sure you feel the click as the button is really small. Cheers Keith

I have similar problem, my buttons on the right side including yjr start button have slipped inside the case and I can not restart the charged device, Can you help?

hold the volume up key and the power/sleep key while the unit is powered off let me know if it works

a new screen would cost around 50$

The reset button should be on the top of the tablet and it should be silk screend on the back of the tablet as reset

it has a fault bring it back
