All things are possible. The flywheel is keyed using a woodruff key. They rarely jump time. If the new coil meets the manufacturer's specification there is no logical reason for this. If my saw, my local Stihl dealer (Husky is closer, I prefer local Stihl mechanics) wold be providing a problem diagnosis/ repair estimate. Inform any mechinic about everything you have done to the saw.

is there a bowl with a screw on bottom attached to carb if so take the screw out an look for a tiny clogged pinhole on bottom .

Gasoline brakes down over time. What happens all the things the facilities uses to make gas separates and you end up with all the bad stuff. You may need to remove fuel tank and clean it out plus the carb may need the same thing done to. If you have to clean the carb get a rebuild kit. It's easy to rebuild but you may need to take the carb with you so they can get the numbers of it to make sure you get the right kit.

Husqvarna k760 will not prime and/or run properly
It runs off the fuel from the priming cycle, so no fuel from impulse air/diaphram. Check impulse air line is properly connected, not cracked (leakin), else diaphram may need replaced (carb rebuild kit).

INSTALLED NEW CARBURETOR NOW WILL NOT START?
Assuming all gaskets and lines were installed properly, try priming it with a little gas directly into carb, or remove spark plug and put a little gas directly in cylinder and see if it picks it up. Sometimes for first start this is necessary.

When i start it up and let it run for the 30-60 seconds then squeeze throttle it doesn't want to run. almost like it either starves or floods.
Definitely sounds like a fuel delivery issue. It may be time to install a diaghram kit or rebuild kit on the carb. The sensitive internal parts don't last forever. You can check for flooding immediately after by pulling the plug. If it is real wet, either the plug isn't firing to its full potential or the carb is indeed flooding.Those carb kits aren't too hard to install and you may be able to get by with just the cheaper diaghram kit.

Have to prime carburetor to start truck.
It is a good idea to replace the kit, and it is a matter of stripping the carb and taking note what you removed where and replacing with a new part. You should also check the spark plugs and timing. If the timing is out, the engine will also have difficulty starting.

i dont understand the pulling the button - do you mean push the primer button - if you mean primer button it sounds like the high speed jet in the carb is dirty and needs service- you can attempt to start and once engine fires have someone continually push primer to keep running it ma clear the blockage - did You check the fuel tank for any water ?
