You may want to go onto the facebook page. Go up to the account drop down menu and log him out. When he goes back onto make sure he does not check the box to keep him logged in all the time. Clearing out your cookies may help as well.
That is simialr to my problem and I was told by the Geek Squad that I was hacked and need facebook to help reopen my account as it is affecting even my yahoo account
Does this happen when you try to log onto any other site? For example, does this
happen if you try to log into email or an account on any other site? If
this is happening in different situations, you may have an issue with
your browser and need to go into Options to make some changes.
However, if it's only happening on Facebook then something else is probably
going on.
Do you have the page bookmarked? If so, try going to the Web site by
typing it into your browser instead of using your bookmarked link.
Also, make certain that you are going to the correct web site address for
facebook. Sometimes people set up fake pages that look exactly like
the log in page. You enter your log in info and either nothing happens
or you get an error saying that the page can't be displayed. What the
user doesn't know is that this is a fake page and after you enter your
information, it is sent to an FTP site or an email address and now a
hacker has your info to log into your account.
