Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Testimonial: "Thank you so much for trying to help me but i've tried what you told me but it's not working. Even when i connect the memory card reader there is no picture, even if there are. i can only view them on my camera :/ i dont know what to do :("

SOURCE: Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H1 Digital camera that will not hold a battery charge

Aparently you have to use sony batteries with a sony charger. I have the same problem and have been trying different batteries because I thought what's the difference with batteries as long as they are rechargeable? I spoke with a guy at the sony store and he told me to use sony batteries with the sony charger I have. Don't know if he's talking BS or not but I'll give it a shot and see if it will hold a longer battery life. When I bought the camera it was great but now it dies really fast! I'll let you know how things turn out! Until then, if anybody else has a suggestion let us know so we can enjoy our H1's!

Why does my Sony cyber-shot model DSC-T70 vibrate and what can i do about it?

There is some steady-shot mechanism in camera lens that start vibrating due to some reason, this mechanism will be replaced to fix your camera issue.
It is not user level fix so take it in local camera repair shop.
