I would try Brother if you have't yet. I don't know if they have every manual but they do have the most amazing service department I've ever run across and been very helpful to me more than once.

Hope I'm not stating the obvious, but have you tried Brother ? I've dealt with them often in Canada and their service has always been terrific. Worth a try if you haven't tried it.

You can go to Brother.com.....Then you can type manual in the top right hand corner. It will take you to the next page. On that page you will see a tab for support. On the drop down there is a choice for manuals.

I couldn't see this manual listed but you can contact them to ask if another manual would be suitable. Perhaps they can send you a copy as a PDF file via email?
