Empty the standard out put. It will only hold so many sheets before it stops. If the output tray is empty, there is a sensor that needs to be cleaned or replaced.

After print paper reaches upper bin, you can observe a flag moving while paper coming out. once this flag is stopped moving printer treates bin full..check the flag is moving freely. open top cover clean this sensor.
I have to assume that it is empty. Stand at the back of the printer. At the very top, facing you is the output bin. It's black. There is a plastic rod that goes across the bin. It has 'fingers' attached to it that direct the paper to lay flat. It should move up and down using your finger. Make sure that it isn't jammed in the up state. If it is free moving and you still get the error, the sensor is probably bad
Hi:
Check to make sure your storage buffers is not full, or memory for the printer is not full of older documents you may of not deleted. Most printers in its menu will give you the amount of mem left in the sytem, check the Menu on the printer and look for memory usage.
Standard output is the top of the machine that the pages feed onto.
Either it is full of paper or the actuator is sticking.
the actuator should be hanging down near the center of the exit area.
if it is stcking in the up position it will give this error.
hope this helps
