59 error indicates a main motor failure. This if often caused by a jammed cartridge, so trying a new toner cartridge would be your first step to trouble shoot this.

Don't know of a 59.CK error. However a 59.C is a "developing disengaging motor" error. If you are a tech, replace the developing disengaging drive assembly(RG5-6719-000CN).
If you are getting 49.XXXX error codes while printing PDF files, you can try upgrading the machines firmware.
This seems to be a common "PDF file printing" problem with the LaserJet 4250.
