Seems to be a Chinese company so check with the supplier or importer of your heater but on past experience, the Chinese aren't big on spare parts.
You omitted to mention whether this is a new heater, older but under warranty or older than that?
If it is a new heater it should be returned to the supplier for exchange or refund. If it is under warranty it should be returned for repair or exchange - your contract would be with the seller and the responsibility to make you content is his and not the manufacturer's.
If it is an older heater, I hope the supplier can find some spare parts but you could find you are left to adapt and overcome, though the Chinese do tend not to make special items and merely copy fairly standard items, consequently eBay or Alibaba might have just what you need...

over heating its self, it could be a blocked and not getting the right air flow or the sensor for the heat control is on its way out. check the filter if this model has one remove all dust from the intake, check that the fan is working, if the motor has been making any buzzing or funny sounds this can be the problem too. buzzing is the starter motor humming or clicking the motor is failing.
I had the dealership install a dash panel that a lot of cars have that covers that hole underneath the glovebox where the blower motor is....sound is now gone..either that or I cant hear it anymore...bottom line is i'm happy...oh and they told me they ordered the dash panel from a forester model that fits with very little moderation...cost me 70.00 but Subaru of America split the cost due to my complaining!
Did you or anybody changed something in the indoor unit?
Normally when the unit is making a buzzing sound, the model plug is mounted the wrong way on the electrical board.
Have you tried putting a cup of water in it and cooking on a low power level?
If it buzzes only when it is on the cook cycle, that would narrow it down.
