The reason this is happening is because you have water drain canals that are plugged with debris and cannot expel out the water from gathering on and near the sunroof. I take you have a sunroof, well to the left and to the right of the sunroof are two openings, these are water canals and should be cleaned out. you should use compressed air to stick in the holes and blow whatever the clog is by blowing it out, then the water can expel from that center point of gravity without backing up and flooding out your center dome light. which by the way, this is dangerous to have water in the dome area due to electrical shorts. If you notice other weird electrical issues happening, its more than likely from the water and damage with water being in and around the dome middle head panels. Hope this helps.

Rainwater leaks in my Toyota Spyder MR2-how does this water get in? So far no one knows how to fix it.

Find a windshield shop that has a smoke machine. They can fill the car with smoke and look for there it escapes from.

03 vw keeps taking in rainwater. all over the backseat and floor. where should I look

If it has a sunroof I would start there, a lot of times the drains will get stopped up and cause water to leak inside the vehicle. If it doesn't have a sunroof then I would look around the doors and back glass, you can get inside the vehicle and have someone with a water hose wet the vehicle down good outside while you look it over well inside for leaks. Maybe you can spot the leaks and where they are coming from and get it/them fixed.

Hope this helps.

Does the 1995 Toyota camry have a drain plug in the trunk to drain rainwater out?? trunk leaks.

Probably not.
I'd suggest that you check the rubber seal. Sometimes you have to remove, clean, and re-install them with rubber cement.
Tracking down and fixing the leak is a lot more rewarding than drilling holes to let the water run out.
Cheers.

Was a man in Oregon sentenced to 30 days in prison and $1,500.00 fine for collecting rain water on his own property?

I did not see that news article, but it is possible, yes. This rainwater tax is really outrageous! In Colorado, they used to think we were being water conscience and "thrifty" if we caught rainwater and reused it. Then they came up with this rainwater tax and made it illegal to collect rainwater.

Big rainwater tank ran dry and so electric Onga pump that normally pumps water from big tank to little overhead tank kept failing. Have since refilled big rainwater tank, but pump keeps failing. Have

Release AIR lock. Air has got trapped in the pump hence it cannot create necessary level of suction. The way normally you do this by filling the water path of the pump with water and get the air released.

Rainwater on floor

it may not be rain water ..if its in the right front floor board ..check for leaks in and around the heater core or the hoses that supply the the heater core with water [coolant] ..also keep a close eye on the amount of water [coolant] that is in your radiator..if its coming up low each time you have checked it ..its almost a sure bet that is where your water [coolant ] is being lost..or going [into your floor board] so your thinking it rainwater..

A puddle appears on the front passenger side floor when it rains and car has been parked not used. Nothing else appears wet except the floor.

GM cars used to be notorious for leaking rain water in around the edge of the front windshield. There is also a rainwater drainage system on the front, generally where the wipers are located and the drain hole on the bottom of that can become clogged.

No gauges, most idiot lights displayed, water leaking in on drive

There'a s a rainwater collecting vessel just above the back of your dash board instruments where the wires and connectors are. The vessel might be already corroded and leaking. The leaking water short circuited your connections. Check all the fuses and look for the source of leak then fix it.
