On the M47 drill switch is the pwr line, at thefront of the switch is a single blk wire and 2 blk ires from the amateur. should I connect 1blk from the amateur to the front of the switch and the other

The green will be the ground wire. Your Hot wire will connect to one black wire on the dimmer. Your Switch leg will connect to the other black wire on the dimmer.

Hot blk on bott . Other blk on top left and red on top right . On other sw put blk light on bott and other blk on top right and red on top left . To figure out which is lgt and pwr sepeate wires there should be a romex with b,r,w, and bare copper and other wires should be a romex w/ a b,w,and bare copper.

You need to take a meter and see if you have 220 volts between the black and white. if you do have 220 then hook white wire to the red on the on the thermostat and the black to the black wire on the thermostat. on the other side of the thermostat hook the red and black to the red and black to the heater

OK .. this sounds european .. but as I understand it ,,, the black would be power connection .. the brown would be neutral connection .. and the red would dgo to the light being controlled .. the green always connects to everything metal


If there is no neutral wire in your switch box to connect to ,,. then you will need to get a dimmer that does not require a neutral connection.

If you removed a switch there should be two wires. Connect one of the wires to each of the switch wires or screws. good luck
