My ilo tv picture is 1 1/2 inches. How can I fix this??

If all the buttons except on off do not work read the owner manual carefully as the set may have a Keyboard lock out feature, on/off also could be affected depending on model.

The GE universal remote #24914 works to change your Ilo tv from analog to digital and switch to vid1 or vid2 ect.... The code is in the book that comes with the remote. I use this remote myself. This remote can be bought at Target for under $10.

I looked at the manual and it seems like there is no way to do it thru the menu button.

my 42" ilo plasma started going black on the outside to middle, now its totally black and no sound the power indicated lites for a min then the tv shuts off

you can't buy any parts for any iLo product. I too have gone through that run-around with wal-mart and iLo. Wal-mart will not even offer a refund on that tv.
