Open the frequency in th-k2e transceiver(handheld kenwood)

I have th-k2e transceiver 144-145.995 MHZ
i need to open the frequency from 137-173.995MHZ by features or diagram

    hi
    spark9 you sent to my wrong solution with wrong picture
    my problem is (i have handheld radio kenwood model TH-K2E the frequency in my radio on the transmission only 144 until 145.995 and the other frequencys (137-138-139-14o-........) receiving only
    no transmit in that frequencys it's locked from the factory?
    my requset's how i can get that frequency for transmit and receive for all the frequency.

You can inhibit the transmission to prevent unauthorized
individuals from transmitting, or to eliminate accidental
transmissions while carrying the transceiver.

CB radios and hand-held CB radios can operate on the same channel and be in contact with each other. Other hand-held radios do not operate on the same frequencies and even though they may have channel numbers the channels have different frequencies and will not operate to CB radios.
