I'm not sure if it is the fuse, or where the cigarette lighter is located on the fuse box, I have however located the fuse box but I'm not sure which fuse box it is the one under the bonnet or the one under the steering wheel.
When you say cigarette lighter does not work, do you mean the insert part, which heats up to light a cigarette, or do you mean the socket? You can test the socket by plugging in a cell phone charger or similar device to see if there is any electricity. If not, then it would be the fuse. To find the fuse, check the net for a manual, stop by the dealer/parts department and ask where it is, or ask at repair shops in gas stations.
Testimonial: "Charger wouldn't work so I changed the fuze but it still doesn't work. D"
Which part is not working, the insert which lights the cigarette or the socket? To find out, plug in car cellphone charger or similar device to see if there is any electricity. If not, it is most likely the fuse. Best bet to find out where it is: just go to the dealer parts department. They would know and be able to give you the right fuse. Or you can check the net for a manual or ask at repair shops in gas stations. Someone will know.
Yeah when you attach sat nav or phone charger nothing happens, i have found the fuse but it looks ok not blown or discoloured in any way, Ill try a new fuse anyway and see how I get on, D
PS make sure the car is running. Fuses don't have to look blown.
Usually the car should be running for the socket to work. Fuses often don't look blown.

SOURCE: Where are the cigarette lighter fuses located in the fuse box?
read the fuse schematic. If you have a 12 volt test light you can test a fuse

I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.

Hi Deirdre Dignam, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? I'm looking for which fuse is the cigarette lighter as it doesn't work, it may not be the fuse but I want to change it to see will it work and if not I can try something else (not sure what else) but process of elimination, D
