Good Day Judy, hi, as i see it, your 64 inch TV is on standby mode, this occurs when the Power Supply Board, (inside your TV that supplies good power from the main 220/110 v line) detected an overload, this over load can be on the power board itself or from the main board that controls the LCD screen, controls and sound, (kinda technical), replacement of the power supply board is necessary, (this symptoms are common for LCD tvs), since its a 64 inch TV, its kinda hard to handle, better call for help. Call your dealer first, ask for warranty, if no warranty, then ask for service. you can ask other dealers if they have service too. Get the best bargain. thats all. = )
