Does the squeal come from the TV cabinet or the speaker? If from the cabinet , it's most likely the Horizontal high-voltage section of the set. Find someone that's good with hand tools,unplug the set from the wall outlet, let it sit for a good 30 minutes. have someone open up the back of the set and dust out and vacuum out any dust from inside the set. Put back together and try it out.
