I have laptop motherboard DAOAT8MB8H6 AMD processor laptop starting problem. i have checked power supply it's ok i think that some IC problem which IC I am not able to find please give me some...

Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) or a virus in the OS. Also it is possible that the back up( CMOS) has low voltage or the memory card is a suspect. In this case you need to check the voltage and also try and swap a memory card. If not the OS/motherboard is a suspect.

However if there is no response but the PC tends to work slower and occasionally hanging when a program is being executed then you might have to install the OS once again. Install the OS and then an antivirus before the drivers of the PC is installed.

Thank You for using Fixya

Can i use nvidia 8600 video card for my mother board asus p5pe-vm and processor intel core 2 duo to my motherboard

this are the CPU -s that you're mb can support (core 2 duo)the numbers after "All" are the bios version's you need for the cpu: Core 2 Duo E4300 (1.8GHz,800FSB,L2:2MB,65W,rev.L2) ALL 1201 Core 2 Duo E4400 (2.0GHz,800FSB,L2:2MB,65W,rev.L2) ALL 1202 Core 2 Duo E4500 (2.2GHz,800FSB,L2:2MB,65W,rev.M0) ALL 1406 Core 2 Duo E4600 (2.4GHz,800FSB,L2:2MB,65W,rev.M0) ALL 1406 Core 2 Duo E4700 (2.6GHz,800FSB,L2:2MB,revG0) ALL 1501 Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.86GHz,1066FSB,L2:2MB,rev.B2) ALL 0604 Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.86GHz,1066FSB,L2:2MB,rev.L2) ALL 1201 Core 2 Duo E6320 (1.86GHz,1066FSB,B2:4MB,rev.B2) ALL 1402 Core 2 Duo E6400 (2.13GHz,1066FSB,L2:2MB,rev.B2) ALL 0604 Core 2 Duo E6400 (2.13GHz,1066FSB,L2:2MB,rev.L2) ALL 1201 Core 2 Duo E6420 (2.13GHz,1066FSB,L2:4MB,rev.B2) ALL 1402 Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.40GHz,1066FSB,L2:4MB,rev.B2) ALL 0604 Core 2 Duo E6700 (2.66GHz,1066FSB,L2:4MB,rev.B2) ALL 0604 Core 2 Extreme X6800(2.93GHz,1066FSB,L2:4MB,revB2) ALL 0604 and for the graphic card ...no because you motherboard has the "AGP" interface and the nvidia 8600 has "PCI - express" interface as is described here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_8600_8500_tech_specs.html

go to "bios settings" by pressing "delete" key or F2 at the system start up time .. after going in to bios then search for the options load optimal defaults ....then save it and exit ..
after that restart ...

now have a check if your problem persists then the processor which you have choosed might not support the motherboard specification the frequency of the processor is higher than the specified rate .. check here for the details of the processor which supports your motherboard
