This is my 2nd watch in 4 months and it died again? What can i do to get a watch that works.

I know how frustrating that is, I have to use pocket watches as I have medical devices that emit magnetic charges kills watches and batteries within a few hours. Always had issues as my body has always had strong electrical impulses. Avoid the battery models or try bands that keep the watch body from contacting your skin. Good luck

My talking watch does not work. I have pushed all the buttons and nothing happens. Where can I have it repaired?

The battery is probably dead or dying. It takes more power to make sounds than to just keep the time.

The movement on the second hand is jumping every 5 seconds instead of every second, however the time is still correct.

Many high end quartz watches have a feature called the EOL or end of life indicator. This causes the seconds hand to jump 2, 3 or 5 seconds depending on the make of watch when the battery life is low. The watch will continue to keep accurate time until the battery dies completely. So, when you see your seconds hand jumping multiple seconds it is time to get a battery.

My columbia watch doesn't keep time it falls behind. I had a new battery put in yesterday. The watch is less than 7 months old.

It is unusual for a battery to die so soon, (unless it has power hungry features which allow you to drain the battery (e.g. a stop watch feature).

As it it so young is it still under warranty (did you register it?). It should be returned to the maker.

Cannot open clasp prestige replica rolex

1)Unscrew the crown until it pops out, the same way you would unscrew the crown to change the time on the watch.
2)Place the watch case opener in the notches around the outside of the back of the watch case. You have to use a watch case opener made for Rolex watches to open the watch. Once the case opener is in place, twist it and the back will pop open.
3)Use a mini screwdriver to loosen a tiny screw on the inside of the watch located near the stem. You do not need to unscrew fully--only loosen it.
4)Pull the crown straight out. The crown and stem should come out easily.
To open the back of the watch
1)Purchase a Rolex watch back opener set, if you do not already have one. This set is able to open and close any size of Rolex case.
2)Match the size of your Rolex case with the same size of grooved metal die from the tool set.
3)Put the metal die on the grooves on the back of the watch case.
4)Turn the die to remove the case.
5)Remove the rubber gasket.
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

Timex indiglo. Indiglo feature died.

The indiglo technology is time limited (it dims over the years with use) and cannot be repaired - have you had the watch a long time? if so, I'm afraid it's time to get a new one. Sorry!

Navy Seal Luminox watch second hand problem

It is a feature of this watch, it is referred to as the end of life (EOL) feature, it is a way of letting you know its time to change the battery before it dies to the point where it cannot keep time anymore
