Toner reset it there any posibility where i can reset Sharp AR toners, example, AR-202, AR-270 etc.

Have you tried to replace the toner???? Are you sure the light that is blinking for the toner?????

U2 40 is a CRUM comunication error with the toner (wrong toner chip on toner cartridge or wrong toner cartridge) try a new toner.
H4 is a fuser trouble code. Check to make sure all conection are right, Theres a few posible problems for H4, power board, MCU board, thermistor, or broken heat lamp.

replace the fuse the is attach to the toner cartridge

Error code U2 in Sharp copier AR 206 shows error or failure of toner crimp you can try to solve by replacing toner crimp

Or by reseting the error code by fallowing procedure

press c intrrupt 0 ( zero ) intrrupt contoneously after pressing all the light on control will go off then press 16 then press start switch

your prob will 100% solve.

It could also be the sponge roller in the toner hopper. The old ones started to deteriorate after a while so sharp modified them.

the DK message means it is time to replace the black drum unit. the drum unit is called an ARC26DU. open the front cover. remove the toner cartridge/s by lifting the green lever and pulling the toner out. Open the left side door. look at where you just pulled out the toner and there is one screw (facing you) holding each drum in place - loosen the screw and pull the drum unit out towards you....slide in the new drum unit.
to reset drum counter go into SIM mode by pressing the following keys one after the other "P" "*" "C" "*" then 24 and start/copy key then 7 then select the color drum you are replacing and confirm reset. make sure copier restarts afterwards

DO NOT refill these toner cartridges (even if you can find someone to do it) The toner cartridges for these machines have generally had ongoing problems as far as longevity and quality - refilling them will only make it worse.

the best you can do is to replace the toner cartridge itself. It won't work if you just refill it.
