I am reformating my computer after that it appears right bottom iam a victim of software counterfeiting.
Try this program:http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Unins... and disable automatic updates: START-> CONTROL PANEL-> AUTOMATIC UPDATES -> CHOOSE THE OPTION -> Turn off automatic updates <-
If you believe you have a legitimate Windows XP pro. Meaning you have the original disk, and Product Ket on a Windows sticker on your PC. or maybe a retail purchased copy out of a box, then its legitimate, however you just need to activate the software. If when trying to activate it, it says something like "unable to activate....", then you will need to use activate by telephone, in which you will have to selct your country and you'll have a phone number to cal the aactivations dept. follow the instructions, and when you get someone on the line they will get it activated for you. And that Non Genuine message will go away.
Also did you make sure to get ALL the Windows updates, which will download genuine advantage software in your pc. Or your running illegimate software and need to go by a copy.
These are the only things that can cause your issue. I really don't understand why it hasn't worked for you. Maybe some comments from you, could get you more help, vs. voting me down so low.
