How to take apart the in line volume control on microsoft lx3000

Problem with the Microsoft LifeChat? LX-3000 Headset hi i just bought microsoft live chat lx3000 it works ok with skype or msn but how do i use it to listen to my music or how to instal driver

browse for a driver on the internet...try the manufacturer's webpage ( support area ) then select drivers for your operating system

control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound,could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

ITS A TV ISSUE THE XBOX HAS NO VOLUME CONTROL IN IT

When i'm using Microsoft Lx3000 headphone, the mute switch automatecally ON during call conversation through net. when its on mute button; that time not possible to switch off of mute button same time; there is only solution release the USB and fix again..... and the problems continue during call conversation... why..? how to solve the problem ?

Check the tv pannel manually control on the right,see if it work.Then it ur remote tries take it aparts clean it with some alchol with a Q tips there a screw under the batteries input,after that change the batteries,That one solution.The other have to take ur tv apart to change the sound board.

Before you do that I believe the Logitech setup software that comes with the speakers actually controls the volume It over rides the ctrl panl module

and you will also be standing in a long line of kickers.

The remote control might be damaged. If it is possible to arrange a new remote for testing, do it. volume control of LX3000D works from the front PCB. check the front PCB is perfectly ok or not. Regarding the DVD player, what it says when you try to load a disk?
