Hello download the manual here:

MSI Global Motherboard K9MM

Check power supply, the ram modules. This is a AM2 socket, check for the cpu is properly inserted in the socket and the lever is closed.

When it stops any bsod ??

Check also for bad caps.

Need the manual or schematic to show clearly where connections are to be made on the motherboard. MSI 7312
