The lamp won't ignite, it shots down after trying to ignite, power led goes green and the lamp led flashes red 3 times, a pause on the red, then 3 more times, then a pause on red etc etc.
I used compressed air and i bought a new lamp. Now it works like a charm. Right now, the projector has been on for almost 20 hours and counting.
Before changing lamp use a canister of compressed air to remove dust specially inside the projector when lamp is away.
The lamp ballast module is faulty

The problem comes in the Lamp unit generally. check the condition of Lamp.

Have you resetted the lamp timer ? It must be done when a new lamp is inserted into the unit.
You can reset the lamp timer by holding the up arrow key on the Projector in until a online message appears. Then just follow the on-screen instructions.
If the problem persists , you will have to replace the Ballast wich is the lamp's power supply.
