do one thing 1st empty your phone memory with the help of file manager and then restart your mobile. if it not works then format it by pressing *#7370# and the 12345
try to increase the equalizer sound.if not install sound booster third party application which will increase your bass sound.check your nokia os version the latest firmware for n70 ,it is better in quality of sound,camera.
there 2 reason can be:
1) it maybe you use big memory card for you handphone.it make your phone slow if you look photo or video
2)maybe it damage.if no 2 you need go to repair or buy new one

your phone is slow because probably you have memory card over 1GB capacity and it`s full оr problem with the software or the programs you instal on your phone.
