Service manual I wonder if anybody could help me to get the service manual fot canon clc 4000

hi first of all cheq the required power for clc 4000 is tis 110V AC or 220V AC, secondly verify the outle of power from wall plug may yor machine 220v and you are putting on 110V

in the back of the copier there is a circut breaker switch put it into (!)

Solution: the waste toner is FULL.you have to get rid of that TONER.

Is it from the copy board glass or the printer part? Doses it show up in all 4 color making a neg copy in each color. If it shows up in the same spot on each color it could be the opc or transfer sheet. Also does it repeat it's self down the page.... Marks can come from one of three places.... opc,transfer,fixing... The problem is that the lower fusing roller has shorted out and it may have shorted out the DC- Controler. Did you resently replace the lower fixing lamp. If yes it is wise to replace the dc- controler at the same time. A suggestion from a Canon tech pub... Good Luck....

A E000-0320 code is a fixing unit error code. It is either not warming up or it is getting to hot. It is a thermister is shortting out or a thermal fuse or one of the heating lamps are blown.
