Fridgidaire GLET1041AS1 need assembly/dissasembly schematic so i can take it apart

no! because of where the air box in that car is located unfortunately the dash has to come apart. you can replace the blend door without having to take out the whole air box but you do still have to disassemble the dash to change the blend door.

Disassembly is the easy part. Assembly is where you can get into trouble. I could tell you now how to do it. But if you haven't done any before, You won't understand and assemble it the wrong way. This would cause you headaches. Once you get into taking it apart, things just start to fall apart on it (Gears and clutches just drop out).. You can't watch all of it at the same time. Buy a manual. Or go to alldatadiy.com or Mitchell.com and buy the manual for this. They aren't that hard to do. You can do it, just need some instruction and diagrams/pictures to do it right. Remember you need limited slip additive and the right lude to put in it..Follow the instructions they give you..

Canon doesn't have instructions to take apart that part. A new one is around $40.00.

Unplug unit! Remove top screws and pull off top lid of dryer. Heater terminals should be at top right. Use ohm meter to check resistance. If ohms won't display, then your heater unit probably has an open circuit. For instance, my GLET1031 has a reading of 12.5 ohms.
