How to put a corded phone into standby - RCA 25202RE3 Corded Phone

the 3050 dosn't have a standby mode only an idle witch is the mode when you turn it on but dont access any af the features or web/calls you will probably find if you completly charge and discharge the phone a few times the battery will hold a better charge if not i'd send it back and ask for a refund as the battery is likely faulty

I would be sure the DeWalt is plugged in and, turn my phone off or put it into standby mode and plug it into the unit. It should do it all on it's own if everything is working and your nothing is damaged, like the cord you're using. Mine doesn't have a switch or anything, but since I don't know what model you have, you might look to see if you need to flip a switch, which I doubt.

To reset the lamp counter:

1. Turn power off and unplug the power cord
2. Simultaneously hold down these three buttons: "ON/STANDBY", "RETURN", "DOWN" (the arrow down symbol)
3. Plug in the power cord while still holding down the buttons.
   The Projector will emit a series of beeps.
4. Turn on power using "ON/STANDBY" button and check that "0H" appears on the lamp time in the status display.
5. Turn off projector using "ON/STANDBY" button
6. Unplug power cord.

Standby mode is when the phone isn't in the middle of a call and you're not dialing one. Simply hang up to put the phone into standby mode.

While the phone is in standby mode (not on a call or doing anything in the menu or message systems), press the up-arrow button.

Try remove the battery, then wait 20 min, put back it and try again.If this not help your computer may need service.

THEIR IS NO NEED TO PUT THE SCRREN ON STAND BY YOUR SELF THEIR IS FEATURE IN THE PHONE IT WILL AUTOMATACALLY PUT THE STANBY ITS SELF OR IN THE PHONE SEETTINGS MENU YOU CAN ADJUST THE TIME FOR STANDBY OR THEIR WILL BE AN OPTION TO ON/OFF STAND BY

Try this....after a lot of frustration and research, what i found on the internet for this problem was usless. I tried holding down the eject button for 15 seconds to reset the disc drive, still it would'nt accept the disc. As i literally picked up the phone to ring sony, as the ps3 was on standby i pressed the eject button multiple times and heard 2 beeps each time, still the system stayed on standby. After that i then tried just putting the disc in as normal as its on standby and the system booted automatically and accepted my disc. I hope this helps others, as mine now works perfectly.
