Since the freezer is icing up there could be many different problems a blockage or a problem with the defrost or timer of the unit if u greeting unit number is should be on inside of the door or back by the condenser best bet from what I see is get a tech to fix it they will find all those numbers that u need

SOURCE: error message on fridge "er ff"

Error code Er FF indicates that the evaporator fan has failed, or at least is not sending a signal to the electronic controls. Open the door and see if the evaporator fan is running inside the freezer compartment. If that fan stops, then no cold air will be sent to the refrigerator compartment and it will warm up. Possible causes include bad motor, bad connection, bad electronics.

My Kenmore Elite Trio Fridge is leaking water from under the front of the machine. It is not the water connection. Do you know what the problem might be?

Your defrost drain tube is probably clogged with ice or something. Defrost your refrigerator (put towels around to soak up any excess water), then after it's defrosted, take off the back, lower panel and look for a 1 inch diameter tube coming down from your refrigerator. Remove it and clear out any blockages and then re-assemble everything.

Good luck!

Regarding recent fire risks with Beko FF. I can't

The serial number should be in the top fridge compartment, on the inside. Left hand wall three quarters of the way up and about 4 inches in. A silver or white sticker with the Model and performance data written horizontally and the serial number in bold written vertically.

The model number you have given doesn't match any on the list,.

If you have not already read the following article, it may help you further:

Freezer fan is noisey and can t find serial number

The number you will need is the model number. On side by side models there are a few places to look. 1- inside fridge on right or left wall. 2- Open fridge door and look up near the top front lip. 3- Open both doors and look on body of fridge under the doors. 4- Fridge door sometimes there is a sticker right when you open. Mostly you are looking for a silver sticker or silver plate. It gives you a model number and serial number. If you need further assistance please mail me back.

Need a replacement shelf/drawer for my Kenmore fridge

Good day
For starters you can try here. It may list the model number.
Be sure the model number is correct.
On Kenmore machines the model number always starts with a 3 digit number followed by a dot and then the balance of the model number. For example 106.12345678
