The problem is that probably your frame has a driver on that disk that do not mach with the elder version of 2K windows...to fix its either upgrade the computer to windows xp ...if the pc has the capacity to support this operation system ...or to let me know the exact model of that picture digi frame ..and see what can be done to locate a driver compatible ...
Ido believe that most frames have Sd card or so ...and in this case its easier to transfer the data via sd card..or usb stick if the option is available ... ...
I located the site ..but I need the exact model to see if the driver is available for windows 2000

Windows vista wont allow Kodak G600 printer to print pictures using easyshare program

Hi lomls3,
Are you using Kodak Easyshare ver8? If not, you may need to update the software in order for Vista to send the print jobs to the Kodak G600 printer.
Update the software to ver 8 first. Reboot the computer and retry printing.
Ver 8 can be downloaded here: http://www.opendrivers.com/driver/293165/kodak-digital-camera-kodak-easyshare-software-update-8.0-windows-2000-xp-vista-win7-free-download.html
Hope this helps.

Current file is bad on some pictures and not others

Make sure that all the pictures you have are in JPEG format. You can re-edit those pictures on your computer like using WIndows Paint and resave them as JPEG, give them a new file name and that's it. It will surely work.

Cant copy any pictures from computer

You can start copying pictures to SV811 digital picture frame if you get the message “Use PC interface to copy files.” Here are the steps:
Copy pictures, videos, and music between your frame and computer, using your computer's normal file copying tools:

1. Connect the USB cable from the frame to your computer
2. On your computer, open My Computer or Windows Explorer.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

3. Navigate to the pictures you want to copy. Then drag and drop them to the new location.
4. Unplug the USB cable to view your copied pictures.

Copying pictures from EasyShare software:

1. Install EasyShare software (free download at www.kodak.com/go/sw )
2. Connect the USB cable.
3. On your computer, open EasyShare software. Select the pictures in My Collection and drag them into the Picture tray.
4. In the menu bar, select File and then Copy to the Kodak Drive letter.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

5. Select the frame source to which you are copying.
6. Select Best for Digital Picture Frame to reduce the resolution of the pictures you are copying. Full resolution is unnecessary and quickly fills up the frame's memory.
7. Click Copy. Pictures are copied to your frame.
8. Unplug the USB cable and press “Home” icon to navigate to your copied pictures.

Kodak G610 printer dock won's communicate with computer

You know I had this same problem for a while as well. The only solution I found was that I HAD to use the Kodak Easyshare software in order to print anything with it. (That was the case with my XP desktop and my Mac laptop...). But sometimes it still would not spool properly and would require unplugging the printer and plugging it back in to reset.
