My BC125AT scanner has no driver installed

First of all you need to check whether the lock behind your scanner is open or not. If not, unlock it.

Two, if the secure lock has been opened already, but the system is still incapable of identifying your USB device, you can check if you have installed a scanner driver or if the driver is correct for your device.

Step 1 Find out your scanner model.

Four, your motherboard might not be compatible with your scanner's port, so you are unable to find out this device in your computer. To cancel it, you need to check the model of your motherboard chipset, download its latest driver or the corresponding motherboard USB patch from the website and then install this driver or patch.
