You Need To open The CPU(Or tower) to acces the motherboard, the you need to find the CMOS jumper and switch it one spot over the CLR or clear, that will clear the password. If that don't work remove the battery on the motherboard for few seconds then reinstall it. Good luck.
I searched in the Internet to find the solution. Then I found a windows password reset tool called Windows Password Reset have a good evaluation.
I tried it as the steps: Step1:Download and install Windows Password Reset . Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB. Step3:Put in my newly created CD and remove my Windows Password.

id you cant get the password to go through the normal way and the system f8 asks for the password also. find a system os disk (windows xp 7 etc) and just do a clean wipe and reinstall

if you have to back up all the programs that u need it try to open your
desktop tower and then pull out the hardisk and then put it in other computer and installed your
driver of your keyboard and then out it back to your original tower!!!!
