Hello.
Get an RCA cord. The RCA cord has three wires. The wires are yellow, white and red.
The yellow cord is responsible for display, while the red and white is responsible for sound.
Look at the back of the TV, connect the yellow to "video in", then the white and red to 'audio in'.
Connect the other end to 'video out' and 'audio out' respectively at the back of your VCR.
Now, press source/AV on the TV and there should be a display of the VCR on your TV.
Now you are through.
