Maybe these, but you'd need to reset the device if the password, etc. has been changed. There's usually a small red button on the back you need to hold in for a few seconds to reset the device.:
Changes can be made from a wireless connection, however, it is easier to make the changes from a device that is Ethernet capable. To change the Wi-Fi password on your Netgear 7550: Open your web browser and go to http://192.168.254.254. Enter the modem username admin and the password admin.
Frontier Router Login at the bottom of the Network Connections window, just below the address bar. Select Wireless Properties from the menu. Locate the Network security key field on the Security tab. You'll see your Wi-Fi network password if you click the box for Show characters.
Open Browser ( Firefox, internet explorer, ext) type your computers IP address where you would normally type the web address, press enter.
your router settings should now come up but you need to enter a username and password before you can make changes. try using user name (admin) and password (admin).
What model router do you own? Did your router come with an Installation CD. If so, you probably have an application you can run to configure the channel but I like to use the routers GUI interface to setup/config routers. To do this you will need to know your Gateway IP address. Usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. If you are not sure, from windows desktop on a computer connected to the router, click the start button. Then depending on the OS version, prior to Vista you click Run, type cmd in the command prompt, then enter. Black DOS window should appear. Type ipconfig/all then press enter again. You may have to scroll up/down to see the results for the Network Card/Adapter. If running Windows Vista or later... Click Start, then type cmd in the command prompt, then enter. DOS window will appear. Do the same as above... ipconfig/all, then enter. Now open any Internet Browser and put the following address, http://192.168.0.1 then press enter. It may ask for a user name and password. If you have not changed it, the default is usually admin, and password is either admin or blank. If you need further assistance on changing the channel I would need the model number of your router or you can visit the manufacturer website/TechSupport. There you will find info on how to change the channel as well.
You will have to contact Frontier and give them the Mac address of the equipment and they will tell you if it will work or not ( and they will also need to put it in their system)
