Facebook toolbar runs through middle of page/messages overlap

My facebook pages are not loading correctly. The messages overlap each other...not able to read or comment, etc.

Also, the facebook toolbar that should be at the bottom of the page runs through the middle covering messages.

How do I add facebook to yahoo toolbaar?

Facebook is one of the most popular social networking sites online and allows members to stay connected with friends online.

If you're an avid Facebook user, you can download and install the Facebook Toolbar, which lets you access your account in a click of a button.

In addition to logging in Facebook, the toolbar allows you to check your messages, view new friend requests, create an invitation and upload photos to your profile.

The Facebook Toolbar is available for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox users.
Sign in to your Facebook account and type "Facebook toolbar" in the main search field at the top of the page.

Select the "Facebook Toolbar Products/Services" page.

Click the "Download Facebook Toolbar" button.
The "File Download" dialog box will appear on the screen. Click "Run" to begin installing the Facebook toolbar.

The "Facebook IE Toolbar" installation window will open on the screen. Click "Next" to start the installation process.

When the installation process is near complete, you will be asked to restart Internet Explorer to finish the process.

Restart Internet Explorer.
Your new Facebook toolbar will appear at the top of your web browser.

My facebook page is not loading only on this browser and works fine on everything else such as internet explorer. chrome opens the facebook page and all i see is the toolbar and everything else is blank...

Try deleting your browser cache.
In Google Chrome
  1. Click the wrench icon chrome_toolsmenu.gif on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

When anyone tries to log onto facebook on this computer the page does not load completely. pics and page layout is not displayed well. and all u really see are ads displayed in the middle of the screen....

Try using a different internet browser. That will most likely be the least complicated way to fix the problem. Firefox, and google crome usually work well.

Hi, if i load my facebook i get a yellow error page message in the left hand corner of my screen. The facebook page does not load up only partly. Message read: error on page

There's a few things you could try (if you have not done so already).
That's to :

1. Try using a differant Web Browser IE Firefox or Opera if your just running Internet Explorer.
Atleast then it's possible to eliminate quite a lot of possibilities if you can login to Facebook with another Browser.

2. Go into Control Panel >> Internet Settings >> then restore to default settings. Then try logging in again to facebook.

and actually if it's still not logging you in, you could use the search for files and folders and look for a file named "HOSTS". It should be located in C:/.
Then open up thie Hosts file with something like wordpad/notepad and look to see if you can see Facebook in that list. Quick way to search through the list of sites would be to click on the Edit option in the toolbar, the select "Find" type in Facebook, then hit search, and it should highlight it if it does appear in the list. If it does just delete the complete line, and close wordpad down and answer Yes when asked if you would like to save changes.

Hopefully something will get you backup and running from there, if not then let me know and will go throughsome software to use to remove stubborn malware/Trojan
