Sanyo tv menu access

You can't without the remote. to buy one go here www.remotes.com or try eBay.

use the menu button on the side of the tv
that brings up the screen menu
using the channel and volume buttons move around until you find aspect ratio
find the one that fits the screen and press the menu button to save and exit
it could be a pixel setting so find pixel settings while the menu is on the scree and adjust to the correct pixel setting
there are plenty of remotes for tv units on e-bay
all you have to do is select one that is for sanyo led/lcd tv's and read the details to see it it works your model tv

there should be a menu button on the set. or you can try unplugging the set for a minute and plug it back in this may reset it. if none of this works get a universal remote

Unfortunately without the remote you cannot access the menu screen

I too just bought an RCA remote for the same television. The button to access other video screens is the A/B button on mine (next to the last channel button).

Must have original remote with Sanyo. Go online for search to Sanyo customer support

I have this problem as well..have tried many universal remotes..still cant access menu options

its very easy on the t.v and press on channel up or down on your tv. u will get the screen

I have a 15-2147. The codes from solution 1 didn't work for my remote, so I used the codes listed on Radio Shack's page for the 15-2142. The first code worked. Those codes are: 0154, 1907
