Download this program: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Click on the left of the page for the free version and run a quick scan, delete everything it finds and do a system reboot as soon as the program finishes so it can delete and locked files.
Mc Afee is ok but recently I've came across lots af malware infections that norton and Mcafee dont seem to pick up.
I hope it helps.
No problem.. Ive had lots of people with serious malware infections over the last 2 weeks...
The worst one that I've seen so far is a nasty little program called "internet antivirus pro" To the unsuspecting average computer user that might seem like a nice little free antivirus program.
But its not, its awful.. It downloads trojan horse files, root kits and password logging software in the background...
That is why I pointed you to the website and not just a download link, at least that way you can decide if it seems to be legit or not..
Also if you do a google search on Malware bytes you will see its a good program..
Just remember that anything your unsure about, give it a google first to see what other users say about it..
That way you know if its good or bad.
Thanks again and I hope it helps

This is probably your fault! Sorry! Check how many running processes your computer has to load to start. Many people as they go along downloading programmes allow them to start when the computer boots up, so it may have too many programmes already running before you can use it yourself! Press ctrl alt dte go to processes and end a few non essential ones. I bet this makes all the difference
