My juki ddl-5550-6 with automatic tread cuter ,cut the trend,as soon I stopped, not when I press a pedal. How I can turn of this stop cutting issues?

Have you tried sending information to a Juki dealer? It's unfortunate/fortunate you can find some manuals online and have to pay but...

Your bobbin case may be too tight. Try loosing it by turning the small screw a little turn to the left. If thats not it, you could also have a bend or snag in the bobbin case that is snapping the thread. If this is the case you will need to replace it.

1 - remove throat plat and mak sure the movment for thread cutter working or NO if working maybe need to change fixed knife or movable knife.
2 - if no movment mak sure plug for cutter solenoid is connect secur.
3 - make sure the output signal is coming to the cutter solenoid or no.
4 - maybe solenoid is dameged and need to change.
