White screen when turn on then it turns off

Prior to the Windows splash screen do you see graphical issues ( black background, white writing, or bios splash screen) if you don't then the problem is with windows and will need to be reinstalled. Samsung ship laptops with a windows cd and is a fairly basic wizard. If you don't know how to do this google is full of guides. If you however see graphical problems right from turning the laptop on then there is likely to be a hardware fault straight from the factory. Contact Samsung and they will repair / replace the laptop through warranty. I have seen several Samsung laptops brand new from the box do this and It turned out to be a hardware issue and was replaced on warranty. Good luck.

From the remote select menu and reset the settings to factory default. It might become alright. Else, switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.

think its a goner....my daughters W810i did the same and i still have it. Someone said about flashing it but that didnt work either.

Have you tried turning your phone off and removing the battery.
leave your phone off for like 15-20 mins.
then replace your battery and wait 15 seconds before you turn it back on it should help you.
