My application manager is not working

Try if the Scan feature from the application software is working. In case the scan is working from the application, it is not a problem with printer.
Alternately, you can try the same from system tray (or in device manager >> Printer)
In case the any of the above fails, uninstall and reinstall the printer

here the problem is that
1.your phone memory is full..i hope u deleted only the memory card contents not the phone memory.
and
2.keep your sim free too without storing messages in them .
this will work

1. The firewall must allow the following traffic.
• TCP on ports 9400 and 9401
• UDP on port 6000
2. Make sure Scan Manager is configured for the correct IP address of the printer. If Scan Manager will not launch from SmartPanel and it does not show up in Control Panel, check <WindowsDirectory>\twain_32\Samsung. Without Scan Manager installed the printer will not be able to scan to PC.

To use Scan Manager you will need to have installed and configured the following items:

• Installed the Print Driver, including the Smart Panel application
• Installed the Scan Driver, including the Scan Manager application
• Have an active connection between the Printer and PC

Important: If you don't have these items in place, stop now and perform the installation.

To scan to the PC using Scan Manager, follow these steps:

1. Right click Smart Panel in the task bar, and then select Scan Manager. (Scan Manager Admin dialog appears)

1. Select the Printer you want to use, and then click Quick Scan. (Quick Scan dialog appears)

1. Once the Quick Scan dialog appears set the following parameters:
• Save Location - To change the default location click the Folder Icon to Browse for Folder.
• File Name - The default file name is the date and time the scan is performed. To change the File Name, select the File Name field.
• File Format - The file type selected will be the default file type for each consecutive scan. Select from the following formats. (TIFF, PDF, BMP, and JPG)

1. After entering the previous information, click OK. (Scan Manager appears)

1. Click Scan to scan the document to the PC.

For additional information about Scan Managers' features and settings, click the question mark icon (?) at the top of the application window.

take out your memory card (if there's stuff u wanna save like photo's etc) and do a factory reset, there's instruction on here on how to do it.

Hi, The scanning unit is independent from printing unit. You can scan even with empty ink cartridges. At sametime, if you wanna copy documents, you need both scanning and copying units to work. Try reinstalling the Driver from the provided drive CD.

Code 3 The driver for this device might be corrupted, or your system may be running low on memory or other resources. (Code 3)

Here are some things that you can try to resolve this problem.

Close some open applications

If the computer has insufficient memory to run the device, you can close some applications to make memory available. You can also check memory and system resources, and the virtual memory settings.

• To check memory and system resources, open Task Manager. To open Task Manager, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Task Manager.
• To check virtual memory settings, right-click My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings in the Performance area.

Uninstall and reinstall the driver

The device driver may have become corrupted. If the driver is corrupted, uninstall the driver from Device Manager and scan for new hardware to install the driver again.

You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device. However, sometimes, it will open the New Hardware Wizard which may ask for the driver. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s Web site.

1. On the device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Open Device Manager, click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes. Follow the instructions.

Install additional RAM

You may have to install additional random access memory (RAM).

It should not need ink to scan / fax/ use the card reader. it just wont print :)

reinstall the mapking application.

kill other process using the task manager

Mapking is a huge software and willconsume a lots of resources including the dreadful battery

Usually any scanned document etc will go to a folder in documents & settings so have a look there, another way is to scan and save it as a special name, or simply remeber the default name, and then do a search for that file and when you find it, THATs where they go :)

Usually when ya scan it should ask ya where to save?

Do a Full phone formatting on your 3650! as steps below,

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. power off your phone and remove your memory card
4. power it on again and press *#7370#
phone will ask for security code
default Security code for Nokia is 12345
but some people change it....
after you enter thesecurity code
press ok and press yes to continue the resset..

5.your phone will re-boot.
wait until the phone finish ressting him self.

6.after a re-boot your phone is completely resset
you can now use your phone again.

take note' if the problem is a virus' you need to format your MMC to a PC or scan it by using MMC Reader...


All apps installed & not of the phones' default will be lost. If you did a backup on your mmc, you can restore it back to the C drive again
