Minolta 2400w transfer belt unit - Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer

I had the same with my canon printer last year. But you have to be patient enough to Try cleaning the ink using a damp cloth on the feeder roller and transfer belt. Make sure the inside of the printer is clean and does not have any ink spilled on its parts. It will take a while until you get all the dust and fluff out! Also, try taking out the printer cartridge and then back on. Then try printing a test page: Select PRINT TEST PAGE and press the Menu Select key.

When is the last time the Transfer roller the sponge looking roller and the transfer belt where replaced. Does the internal reports test page print? Try a word doc a pdf a web page different file

In correctly installed transfer belt. and or roller reseat both. do the internal l machine prints demo page etc. jam if not check the print properties and paper setting of the machine in the draws they must match one could be set to letterhead paper the other normal both have to match.

What color? Replace the image units All colors? Transfer belt or fuser unit.

Transfer belt fault! Has it been replaced I? Installed correctly? Its the large belt inside the machine

Verify the drive transmission mechanism to developing unit,the image transfer current terminal and the scanner drive transmission mechanism.

Replace the fusing unit the hot part.

check its cartridge if lines are on the drum then replace the drum unit, if drum is clean then replace only the toner.

Are using OEM cartridges? What about the transfer belt and transfer roller have they been replaced>

pleas check transfer belt, and drum unit, probably these lines are caused by drum unit and you have to change it. also you can clean laser glass, what is under the drum unit. if both look fine you can also look at the fusing rollers.
