Ive got a baumatic Titan5 and the fridge temperature is too warm. I have tried making it cooler, but the temp goes right back up to 19 degrees!
As you know this is very large fridge and try to find service manual for help and solve problem with using deduction method of step by step trouble shooting and eliminate possibilities
This might be compressor problem or evaporator problem or main controller problem or sensors or etc.

If the fridge has been making more noise than usual, like the sound of a plastic fan grating against something then the fan has probably seized up with ice. This will cause the fridge temperature to rise. It is located at the back of the fridge behind a plastic panel at the bottom where the water cooler pipe and bottle are. You need to partially remove this panel just enough to be able to aim a hairdryer down the back of it to defrost the fan.
