TV not responding

Hi,
I have Onida Black television , when I am switching on my TV there is no display and no sound but it gives a beep sound from the back side of the TV.

What actually going on in my TV.
Iam Also Facing the Same problem with my ONIDA 29 POISON THEATER.
Pls do Help me ASAP.
