Can't install the drivers in WindowsXp sp3 - Computers & Internet

- My Recommendation for you is to upgrade your System to Windows 7 which will help you also to avoid such an issue in the future as its auto Install Drivers even if its not available, it search for the software and install it for you as an update.

I'd just go to windows update already on your laptop.

Start - All programmes - windows update (top left hand corner). If you choose the "custom" option for downloads, you should be able to see/check all the downloads and updates. These should also include SP3.

I would say that you should install WinXP SP3 (if you are using WinXP) or Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver from Microsoft and then restart computer, it should work. here is the link for UAA Driver ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp32501-33000/sp32646.exe

you have to install the microsoft uaa driver patch for service pack first, then install the drivers

1. Upgrade Service Pack 2 to SP3, can be downloaded from Microsoft website
