I have the same problem. This seems to be a common problem. I called Samsung and am now waiting for a call back. I suggest you call 1800samsung. If enough people call maybe they will do something about the problem.
I have exactly the same problem. My big LCD screen is getting full of white spots. It started with just one and now three days later there are ten and counting. The TV is less than three years old. I called Samsung and I too await for a call back from them. Anyone out there thinking of buying a Samsung tv, better think it twice. I paid a lot of money for mine, and I am not happy with what's going on with it.
I'm having the same problem. I called them and I dont have an extended warranty, so they said they will come take a look at it, but it will cost me $120.00 out of pocket for them just to look at it. I'm not happy at all, I paid alot of money for this tv and it is less than 3 years old. I started out with one dot and not I'm up to eight and I'm sure more is going to appear everyday. Very upset!!!
