I need to access the service menu without the remote

RCA Service Menu Instructions In order to access the service menu on your RCA TV you will need to have a remote, if your remote is lost or damaged we recommend that you purchase a Replacement Remote before trying to access the service menu on your set.
Method 1

1. Press the INPUT button on the remote.
2. Then press the 2, 5, 8, 0 buttons in quick succession.

Method 2

1. Press the MENU button on the remote.
2. Then press the 1, 1, 4, 7 buttons in quick succession.

You could try to use an app, I had a similar problem some time ago and I fix it by downloading some app in wich u can put the model of the device and use your phone as remote control, I don't remember wich app tho

If you misplaced your Remote Control you can still access most settings via the MAIN MENU screen when you press both CH UP (8) and DOWN (9) on the TV set. • Some features of your TV Set will not be accessible without the Remote Control. If you lost your Remote Control, contact a Sharp Authorized Servicer by calling 1-800-BE-SHARP for a replacement.

on some sets you can push both the channel up and down buttons to access the menu, then use them and the volume buttons to navigate the menu. otherwise you may have to get a programmable remote control.

1. Access the Setup menu as follows:
Press and hold the MENU button on the remote commander.
2. Select Dial using the �� button on the remote commander.
3. Access the Service menu as follows:
Press 7 then 2 on the remote commander (without pressing the
PUSH ENTER button).
The Service menu appears. (See Figure 1.)
NOTE: To cancel Service mode and return to the Setup menu,
select Cancel using the arrow buttons, and press RETURN.

its very easy on the t.v and press on channel up or down on your tv. u will get the screen
