E7/03 is a lsu error. The LSU is the “printer head” of the printer. But instead of
emitting ink, the LSU emits a laser beam, directing it at the
drum of the toner cartridge. If replacing the lsu does not fix it it may be the mcu pwb, but most likely the LSU.
The most likely cause is the Laser Scanner Unit (LSU). They cannot usually be repaired, parts are impossible to find. Unfortunately there is no real alternative to replacing the LSU, if that does not fix the problem the next most likely cause is the Main Board. Both are expensive so you might want to see how the cost of the LSU compares to a replacement printer. You could google for a Samsung ML-2010 Laser Scanner Unit to compare prices. Alternatively get a quote from a repair shop and compare that with buying the LSU yourself.
No reset will work, it is detecting the Laser Scanner Unit is not operating correctly and it is a replacement unit (LSU).. the lsu is a high speed motor with a many sided mirror attached spinning at very high speed (you can hear the whine in lasers of the spin), the motors wear out and cant spin fast enough yo spread the light and need to be replaced... then your error will clear
