How do I unlock user on lenovo laptop

You can try formatting the hard drive and reinstalling the OS, but my guess is you are seeing a BIOS password and if that is the case you don't have any options to try.

Message on attempt to record: 'input blocked'

I got this same message on my VN7000PC that I got in LIDL. The message appeared when I tried to record. I could not get it to go away. At the time I just happened to have 5 files in Folder A with lock on. I tried to remove the file locks. I got the same message "Input Blocked". That was a clue. Maybe it had something to do with the internal 1GB drive. I formatted the drive. The message disappeared and now I can record again.

LG RH399H

I've had "Record-blocking signals detected" on my LG RH398H-M recorder off & on since I bought it almost a year ago. Also other minor problems. LG replaced the recorder 4 times with no change in problems. I became suspicious when I found that when these messages came on I could switch to any channel, digital or analog, even the weather channel, and I would still get the same message for about 5 minutes & then everything would be OK again. Recently I finally got the chance to try something. When the message came on I disconnected the input to the recorder and the message still came on! Again, I got the message "Record-blocking signal detected" with ABSOLUTELY NO INPUT CONNECTED to the recorder!!! Of course it's impossible for the recorder to be receiving blocking signals when there's nothing connected to the inputs. I wrote to LG again and threatened a law suit but so far they've been ignoring me. I would like to hear from anyone who can duplicate the above.

I have a minidisc model mds e10

Hi,

it seems your MD unit is expecting a digital signal on the digital input causing this message to appear.
You need to connect a signal source to the digital input

or

connect an analog signal to an analog input and select the analog input as signal source.

In both cases the DIN UNLOCK message will then disappear.

Cheers

DVI no input signal......VGA input active.

Are you running an additional Video card? Or are you using the built in one.
You might try cleaning the connector / plugs with acetone from finger polish remover or de=natured alcohol.
Never jam anything on a computer.
If its an add on card, remove it and reboot. Shut down and reinstall card and reboot.
keep me posted please,

I Keep getting the message: "dig. unlock" when I go to record a CD

Here is what I grabbed from the manual.
The message Dig.Unlock Means:
"There is an incomplete connection of the digital input jack during
digital input recording, or the input signal is not being input properly
due to some other factor."

Error message

Din unlock means 'digital input is unlocked' meaning it is not receiving a signal on the **digita**l input you have selected. ( eg optical or single co-axial digital from another cd player etc) Check your connections and re-select the source using the front panel until you select the one you want. What are you recording from?
