Hi , I have reebok fusion treadmill model rev-10301. Unfortunately it's not showing the speed digits. Rest of the display is fine. Please advise if there is an easy way to fix this problem. Regards.
Check to see if the RPM/speed sensor is functioning. On some models this sensor is positioned next to the pulley on the front roller and opens and closes each time the magnet on the front roller passes the sensor.
The sensor could have failed, or it may simply be too far away from the magnet on the front roller. 1/8 " is the normal distance between the sensor and magnet. It is also possible that the magnet is missing from the front roller.
Be sure to post the units exact model# which normally starts with RBTL....

I have the same problem. I phoned Reebok Tech Support 01908 512244. It is a timed icon to advise the deck should be lubricated. If you have done so / do this regularly you can ignore it. To remove the icon follow the instructions they emailed me. Hope this works Cheers John
Please follow procedure below:
1. Keep power on and remove the safety key
2. Press and hold incline down and speed down, at the same time insert the safety key
3. You can release the “Down” buttons. (you will now hear a beep)
4. Press Speed up
6. Press stop. You will now hear a beep and the icon will disappear

If everything still works but no belt movement, you motor controller is more than likely shot. If replacing you want to also pay attention to the deck and belt. Sence it sut down while running, it sound it an over heating problem which is usually caused from too much friction between the walking belt and the deck(the board under it) May require lube or may need replacing.

Usually a spark means you have a problem with either the drive motor or motor controller board became damaged. Unplug unit remove the motor shroud physically inspect the motor and board for any signs of arching then replaced the board. Next use a multi meter to check continuity of the drive motor by removing the red and black leads that attached to the board if a reading is much more than 1.0 to 2.0 ohms then your motor is also damaged need to be replaced.

I have a problem with my reebok i walk i run treadmill. The belt does not move on the lower speeds and after using it there is a burning smell even though it is working fine once I get past the first two speeds. I have had it 2 years but have never oiled it as I am not sure how and where.
