Sadly, I cannot find Pensonic manuals online. The headquarters of the company is in Malaysia. There are outlets in a number of countries including the Philipines. It is sometimes difficult to find Pensonic even in searches on the internet because of its name similarity to Panasonic, an issue resulting in lawsuits.
