If you are filling the tub full enough and the pumps are still not working, the level sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. One can be ordered directly from Maax out of Canada

We don't know how to operate our maax hydromax system. We moved into our house and the tub has never worked. We get a message no h2o and then sometimes it will do a countdown from 10. Is there a

This sounds as if the low water sensor may not be working. They are designed to know when the tub has water in it and then the motor will start.
What is the model number of the control box under the tub that the pump plugs into?
If we can figure out the control then we can find a solution for you.

E06 error--how do you get rid of flashing this error and what causes it in the first place. Thanks

Finally resolved this on our own tub. We had C01 and E06 error alternating. After gaining access to the service door for the tub, I was able to determine that the ribbon cable for the water detector going to the electronics box on the back of the pump had become loose. After plugging it back in and then powering off/on the pump, the blinking light on the back of the pump went back to solid and the error on the control panel eliminated.

E06 on newly installed maax calla

E06 is the water sensor, The tub will not operater if there is not enough water in it. If the water level is not the problem, it is most likely a bad water level sensor.

MAXX code E01, jets don't work

well first of all i have to assume that this tub is equipped with jet's on the floor and lights,if not then there's no reason for it those buttons to light up, now if it is equipped with these features and your getting a error code all this means is that this tub need to Re Configured to run this type of system, this is something a tech needs to look at because you wouldn't be getting error codes if the tub was configured wrong the reason your getting error codes is because something isn't plugged in correctly at the control box and the computer detected a fault.

I have a Maax Calla tub that the led is flashing E06 and it has been flashing for three days.

What does this control look like? Can you email us a photo of the control?
