Use the remote to activate the alarm by double tapping the lock button, wait 3 minutes then use the remote unlock button by tapping twice to deactivate, this should reset the alarm back to normal mode
I was having the same issue and just disconnected the hood switch cabling completely. This not only solved my 3 am alarms for no reason but also allows the car to arm the rest of the system, by beeping and flashing lights when arming with the keyfob.
you need to turn the sensitivity down check your owners manual or call your toyota dealer for instructions many toyotas have this problem in cold temp's.hope this is helpful
